What are the ways for rock drilling tools to break rocks?

There are many kinds of rock drilling tools, which can be divided into three categories according to the working principle of rock. Percussion drilling type, rotary crushing type and rotary scraping type. The energy transmitted through rock drilling machinery is directly impacted or scraped by hard alloy embedded in the top of rock drill bit to achieve the purpose of crushing rock and drilling holes.

 

The types of hard alloy products for mining include, one-word (cross) drill bit, ball tooth drill bit, down-the-hole drill bit, coal cutting tooth, road digging tooth, alloy column tooth for mining cone bit (oil cone bit), shield hob, hard tooth for cutter, alloy blade block, etc.
